Customer must provide complete, accurate and correct information in the order form.

Customer must provide a Minimum of 3 weeks for processing / delivering the orders (only working days are included). The processing time can be more than 3 weeks depending on the styles ordered. The customer can verify the making time with our customer care team. 

 If the customer cancels any style or styles once the order is processed and request for a refund, there will be a charge of 5% on the total refund amount which will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer.

Products purchased through Video call cannot be cancelled or returned. 
 
Once the order status is processing it cannot be cancelled. Any ordered product cannot be cancelled after 24 hours to the order placed.

All measurements/sizes on our website are displayed in cm. Please note that the size guides are based on standard body measurements. Measure tapes can vary from company to company so there may be a difference of (plus/ minus) 0.5 or 1 cm in measurements. Our quality checking team checks all products before dispatch with the specified measurements given by the client. It may show a little different on customer measure tapes to what our company may be using.

In case if www.nirvedfashion.com  has made the product as per the customers measurement or if the product is "Made to Order" while placing the order, we follow “No Return No Exchange” policy. In this case www.nirvedfashion.com    shall not refund any amount under any circumstances, whatsoever. 
 
All our orders are packed in the best way possible for a compressed accurate shipping. In any case if there is any broken accessories that is delivered due to mishandling in the transit which is not in our control then we are not liable for any replacement. If in any case the replacement is demanded by the customer then the customer will have to bear an additional charge for the accessory with its shipping cost.
 
Please inform us before sending the product back to us will have to bear the shipping charges nationally / internationally.
